This paper has proposed an IoT based industrial fault detection and diagnosis system. The (Internet of things) industry protection system employing Arduino is intended to safeguard industries from losses brought on by accidents monitoring the faults. Industrial such as gas leakage causes fire resulting in significant setbacks. Due furnace explosions, electrical short circuits, or other circumstances, quick also required. uses flame sensor along with detect well avoid any mishaps prevent economic damage. consists temperature detector high/low temperature, phase (either single three phases), voltage controller (high/low), frequency monitoring. Flame Gas sensors are interfaced arduino LCD screen. data constantly scanned record values check for fire, then this transmitted online. wifi module used achieve internet functionality. GSM sent message specific numbers case human operators aren’t present online always. IP camera monitor whole anywhere world.
